These are a few pics from the best day of my life, the day my daughter was born. I have just a precious few pics of this day because my delivery room pics were double exposed and I have yet to find someone who can fix them. So if any of you know someone who can do this for me, please comment back!

Lookie, lookie at who's getting her first bath! She was crying through it until Nurse Suzanne started washing her hair. She still loves that hair washed!

Now I must admit that she was the biggest preemie I've ever seen! Isabella was 5 1/2 weeks early but you couldn't tell it by those scales.

This was the first visit to my room and the first time I got to hold her. My memory of this moment is a little sketchy thanks to those good drugs they give you in recovery.

This is little mama meeting the family. The discoloration on her forehead is hair! That child had hair everywhere! The poor little thing even had hair that wrapped around her ears (and she didn't lose that until she was three months old). That had me a little worried that I had given birth to a monkey.
And finally here is Nana, all dressed up and ready for the operating room! I have teased her relentlessly about her gown and mask making her look like a duck!
